Sept 8, 2016

Last night, Maik and Fallon took us to eat at a wonderful place outside of Schleswig.  We had all you can eat schnitzel, potatoes, and salad.  Great meal, and we were able to dine outside on the terrace in the cool evening air.  I will have to ask them what the name of the place was, but I know it is famous for it's schnitzel, and the meat and other meal ingredients are fresh from the local farm owned by the owners of the restaurant.

Today, Bobby and I cooked brunch for us and Fallon (Maik was working at the airbase), then Fallon had to groom a cute little doggie while I worked more on the Italy schedule portion of our trip and Bobby hung out and recovered more from jet lag.  It was a busy day for Fallon, as today was also her evening to tutor local German students at the nearby community college, so it was an easy day for Bobby and me.

If you want to see the view from our suite at the top of the Peschel home, here's a peek.  :)

And just across the street, there's a cute little electric car charging in the yard.

Tomorrow, Fallon has several dogs to groom, but this weekend, we plan to venture out a bit and get some pictures of the harbor and other pretty nearby places.
